About Dr. Caroline DeutschDr. Caroline Deutsch has a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Leicester, England. She is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.Originally from Ireland, she is down to earth and authentic, with a sense of humour. She will work with you to 'unpack' what is going on in your life with patience and kindness. She came to Canada as a professor more than twenty years ago. She enjoyed helping students unravel their thoughts and varied beliefs. Now, as a psychologist, she is doing the same, exploring clients' thoughts, feelings and actions related to anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss. Caroline enjoys helping people achieve new insights and possible ways of coping with challenges healthily. With extensive experience spanning over a decade, Caroline has worked for Alberta Health Services (University of Alberta Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton Kaye Clinic) and as a contractor with the Canadian Armed Forces to counsel and support First Responders, Medical and Health Personnel, Military Forces Members and Educators. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys sports, travel, and walking the family dog, Scotty. |
